Power Man Cave is operated by FutureSmart LLC, a U.S.-based online retailer. References to “Power Man Cave,” “we,” “our,” or “us” throughout this policy refer to FutureSmart LLC (doing business as Power Man Cave). This policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, and handled for orders placed at https://powermancave.com.

FutureSmart LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions completed through the Website. We source products from authorized U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and manufacturer partners. Depending on the product, an order may ship from a FutureSmart LLC facility or from an authorized partner warehouse. In all cases, FutureSmart LLC remains responsible for your order, payment, customer service, and post-purchase support.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout. The options displayed for a specific order may vary based on device, browser, location, order amount, and eligibility.

Availability of wallets, buy-now-pay-later, and installment options is not guaranteed. These methods are subject to the third-party provider’s terms, eligibility review, credit decision, interest rates, and repayment schedule. Power Man Cave does not independently approve financing.

We do not currently accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or purchase orders unless we agree in writing in advance.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or the applicable third-party payment provider selected at checkout. Card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors using encryption. Power Man Cave does not store full credit or debit card numbers on our own systems.

Use of a third-party payment service is also subject to that provider’s terms of service and privacy policy.

All prices on the Website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax rules.

Any product-specific delivery charges or upgraded delivery services are disclosed on the product page and at checkout before purchase. There are no hidden payment fees from Power Man Cave. Your bank, card issuer, or digital wallet provider may assess their own fees.

Orders must be paid in full (or approved through an eligible installment provider) before they are processed or shipped. Products are not reserved, customized, or released for shipment until payment is authorized and confirmed.

For installment or pay-over-time purchases, the first installment or down payment required by the provider must be successfully processed before the order moves forward.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. The billing name and address should match the information on file with your card issuer or payment provider. Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable details may delay or cancel the order.

Placing an order authorizes us (and our payment processors) to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price, applicable tax, and any disclosed shipping or delivery charges.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or verified, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use, if a product is unavailable, or if there is an obvious pricing or description error.

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. A charge may appear on your statement under FutureSmart LLC, Power Man Cave, Shopify, or the name of the payment provider you selected.

If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed. Common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, issuer fraud filters, expired cards, or an unfinished wallet checkout.

You may retry with another accepted method or contact your financial institution. If you believe a charge failed in error, email support@powermancave.com or call 877-905-2283 with your order number.

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before payment is submitted. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Discounts cannot be combined unless a promotion expressly says otherwise. We may cancel or adjust an order if a code is used in a way that violates its terms.

Your card issuer or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. The hold is not always a completed charge. If an order is canceled before shipment, the hold is released according to your bank’s timeline, which can take several business days.

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, cancellations follow our Refund and Return Policy.

Approved refunds are issued by FutureSmart LLC to the original payment method, generally within 7 business days after the return is received and approved. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as described in the Refund Policy.

If you have a billing question, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

We and our processors may review transactions for fraud. We may request additional verification, delay fulfillment, or cancel an order that cannot be verified. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
