Power Man Cave is a U.S.-based online retail storefront operated by FutureSmart, LLC. We source the products offered on our Website from authorized U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and manufacturer partners. FutureSmart, LLC is the merchant of record for every transaction completed through the Website and is solely responsible for order processing, customer service, returns, refunds, and post-purchase support. Depending on the product and the most efficient route to the customer, your order may be dispatched from a FutureSmart, LLC facility or from an authorized U.S.-based supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouse. Where necessary, the minimum information required to fulfill and deliver your order may be shared with the authorized partner handling your shipment, solely for that purpose.

2. No Warranty

FutureSmart, LLC (doing business as Power Man Cave) is the merchant of record for all sales made through the Website. All charges related to your purchase will appear on your statement as billed by FutureSmart, LLC or Power Man Cave. We source products from authorized U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and manufacturer partners, and orders may ship from a FutureSmart, LLC facility or from one of these authorized partner warehouses, depending on the product. Regardless of the dispatch location, all warranties offered by us, return rights, refund rights, and customer service obligations remain with FutureSmart, LLC as the merchant of record. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable U.S. law.

5. Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. 6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in unused, undamaged, original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs except where an item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns. 7. Damage and Missing Items

Any damage to a received item must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Missing items must also be reported within 7 days of delivery. Reports submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution. Contact us at support@powermancave.com or 877-905-2283.
