Power Man Cave is the trading name of FutureSmart, LLC, a U.S.-based online retailer operating the website https://powermancave.com. We source the products offered on our website from authorized U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and manufacturer partners, and we manage every customer order, payment, return, and support interaction directly through our team. References to "Power Man Cave," "we," "our," or "us" throughout this policy refer to FutureSmart, LLC (doing business as Power Man Cave).

This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through https://powermancave.com.

To serve our customers efficiently, orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Depending on the product and the most efficient route to the customer, orders may be dispatched from a FutureSmart, LLC facility or from an authorized U.S.-based supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouse. In all cases, the order is sold by FutureSmart, LLC, and FutureSmart, LLC is the merchant of record responsible for the customer transaction.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The customer wishes to return a new, unused item within the 30-day policy window
  • Damage or issues are reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and includes all original packaging and accessories

Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the information and, if approved, provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items. Returns are coordinated by FutureSmart, LLC and may be directed to either a FutureSmart, LLC facility or an authorized U.S.-based supplier or distributor return center, depending on the product.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Power Man Cave does not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns. A prepaid label will only be issued for items confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival. If you choose to use your own shipping label for any return, those costs will not be reimbursed.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Restocking Fee: All non-defective returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Exchanges for the same item will not incur a restocking fee.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies
  • Refunds are issued by FutureSmart, LLC to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
  • If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the return conditions outlined above. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective exchanges. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold on our website are covered by warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. Any such warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer in accordance with its own terms. FutureSmart, LLC will assist customers in coordinating valid warranty claims with the appropriate manufacturer or authorized supplier whenever reasonably possible.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items where damage or issues were reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above.

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
